Executive Chef Joseph's goal is to customize each person's dining experience, whether it's a full course wedding dinner, á la carte buffet, casual meeting, golf outing BBQ, business seminar breakfast or intimate dinner for two.
Chef Joseph studied for years under Steve Stallard of Midland Country Club and has worked with many renowned Chefs including Thomas Keller of The French Laundry, Grant Achatz of Alienia, Richard Sturgeon of The Marine Hotel Troon (2004 British Open) and David Dempsey of Gordon Ramsey's Amaryllis.
He has worked with the Grand Rapids Community College culinary program for the past 10 years helping to develop students in the culinary field. He also has contributed to a culinary textbook, Modern Garde Manager, authored by renowned Master Chef Angus Campbell and Robert Garlough.
